About the IndigiTECH Mentorship Program

If you are FNMI (First Nations, Metis, or Inuit) and live in Canada, we offer a free, live online, 28 week, full-time program supporting the growth and exploration of remote technical skills, facilitaitng paid internships, and career pathways in Web Development, UX Design, Digital Art, and Entrepreneurship. Active participants receive free laptops and digital art pads upon graduation as well as support for nutrition and childcare.

Laptops and digital art pads are provided to complete the program and are yours to keep upon graduation! We also provide assistance with nutrition and childcare.

IndigiTECH Program

  • Core Streams: Business & Marketing, Communications & Client Care, Web Programming Fundamentals, and UX Design.

  • Free, Online Program: 28-week education + opportunities towards a 12-week paid internship tailored for Indigenous communities.

  • Skills Development: Digital literacy, professional communication, website creation, digital art, entrepreneurship, UX/UI.

  • Community-Driven Approach: Connects technology to culture, leading to internship and job opportunities.

  • Assistance to help you with childcare + nutrition during programming and a laptop as well as an art pad that becomes yours upon graduation.
